When to Schedule Milestone Sessions
6 months
Confidence blooming. Natural movement, giggles, and connection take center stage.
12 months
Sitting independently, bright expressions, big smiles — often called the “sweet spot.”
18 months
Standing, cruising, clapping, and celebrating one full year. A simple cake celebration can be included upon request.
2 years
Curious, expressive, and full of movement. These sessions are playful and personality-driven.
Milestone sessions are designed to document who your child is in this season — not just how they look.
Session Style
Milestone sessions take place in my Modesto studio and are styled with neutral tones, soft textures, and minimal distractions. The focus is always on your child.
Sessions are intentionally shorter — typically 30–45 minutes — to accommodate busy little ones.
Simple wardrobe guidance is provided to ensure images feel cohesive and heirloom-worthy.
The First Years Collection
Some families prefer to plan ahead and reserve multiple milestone sessions during their baby’s first years.
The First Years Collection includes three milestone sessions to be used anytime within 24 months, along with priority scheduling.
